Veronica Gonzalez joined The NHP Foundation in 2020 with 20 years of experience managing complex multifamily, mixed finance redevelopments for public housing authorities, municipalities, and private affordable housing developers. Her diverse set of real estate skills developed from working in all aspects of development enables her to collaborate on project strategy, vet acquisitions, drive recapitalizations and direct community development investments. Ms. Gonzalez’s primary focus is on Chicago and Midwest opportunities. Her responsibilities include project conceptualization, predevelopment, deal execution and project closeout. She maintains local relationships to partner and facilitate development of affordable housing.


Please Note: This is a members-only event limited to five (5) participants.  Registration is now open . Registration occurs on a first-come, first-served basis and typically fills up quickly. Zoom link for the event will be sent upon registration. 

Attendance & Cancellation Policy: We ask that members register for no more than two (2) consecutive lunches. If you have attended the past two lunches and would like to attend this event, please register via the usual process, and we will place your name on the wait list. If space becomes available or registration isn't full a week in advance, we will contact you. Due to the popularity of these lunches, we ask for a 48-hour cancellation notice. Failure to notify us in advance may result in a 3-month suspension from the Networking Lunch series.
