WHEN Thursday, July 18th from 6:30PM-8:30PM
WHERE Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park
We invite you to join us at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park on Thursday, July 18th from 6:30PM to 8:30PM as we celebrate all of our members at this annual summer event. It’s our favorite way to say *Thank You* for your involvement in WP+D and to invite new women to get involved.
During this signature event, you'll have an opportunity to meet and mingle with Chicago women in a variety of career fields related to planning and development. Come enjoy food, drinks, good company and conversation.
Plus, orchestral interpretations from J Dilla by Miguel Atwood-Ferguson (a re-envision of music by Jay Dee) and Kenny Keys (jazz-infused hip hop), who will perform throughout the evening on the main stage. Miguel Atwood-Ferguson will direct and re-envision of the music of Jay Dee (J Dilla). Kenny Keys is a Chicago native and will be performing a mellow instrumental jazz-infused hip hop set. These artists will provide the perfect soundtrack to our Appreciation Picnic!
Attendees are welcome to bring blankets and lawn chairs; BYOB is also encouraged. We will be on the southeast side of the lawn. Look for WP+D signs to locate us. Heavy appetizers and refreshments will be provided.
