Jimena Sayavedra serves as a Commercial Real Estate broker for Paine/Wetzel Associates Inc, TCN Worldwide in Chicago, mostly focusing on Industrial properties.
Prior to joining Paine/Wetzel, Jimena served as an Associate Advisor for Sperry Van Ness Chicago, specializing in the sale and leasing of Industrial properties in the Chicago Metropolitan region.
During her previous career as an Urban Planner, Jimena worked as a Project Manager for Stanhope Consulting, a boutique firm specialized in providing public engagement and community outreach services. She also held various consulting roles in Chicago and in External Relations at CMAP (Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning), where she gained extensive experience in regional planning, GIS, demographic and market analysis.
Jimena earned a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Policy with a specialization in Economic Development from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
She is the immediate past President of Argentina Chicago Foundation, a not for profit organization that raises funds to build or renovate schools in impoverished rural areas of Argentina.
She currently serves as the Co-Chair for Chicago for Project REAP, a nationwide program with the mission of bringing minorities into Commercial Real Estate.
Jimena lives in Chicago. An avid runner, she has completed 24 marathons, including the Chicago, Boston and New York Marathons.
Please Note: This is a members-only event limited to five (5) participants. As with every WP+D Small Networking Lunch, registration will open at 12:00PM on the first day of the month during which the lunch will be held. Registration occurs on a first-come, first-served basis and typically fills up quickly. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch; food is not provided. Meetings are held in Randolph Square on the 1st Floor of the Cultural Center. Look out for one of our board members and WP+D signage.
Attendance & Cancellation Policy: We ask that members register for no more than two (2) consecutive lunches. If you have attended the past two lunches and would like to attend this event, please e-mail us at email@example.com to be placed on the waitlist. If space becomes available or registration isn't full a week in advance, we will contact you. Due to the popularity of these lunches, we ask for a 48-hour cancellation notice. Failure to notify us in advance may result in a 3-month suspension from the Networking Lunch series.
